Registration are open for the 12th Edition of the CASCAIS SURF FOR EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM

The Cascais Surf for Employability is a program developed by the Surf Social Wave Association in partnership with the Municipality of Cascais and Nova SBE aimed at people who are unemployed or looking for their first job using anchor surfing for training. professional, social and personal aspects of the participants.




Created from scratch in 2019, it consists of a process of personal and professional empowerment. Participants have surfing and yoga twice a week, individual and group coaching sessions, listen to inspirational speakers and have sessions in five key areas (management and planning, finance, economics and management, marketing and communication, entrepreneurship and active search for employment), sessions that are conducted by teachers from Nova SBE, a specialist from Randstad and the talent promotion division of the Municipality of Cascais and also by leading professionals in their respective areas.




The Cascais Surf for Employability Program is in its 12th edition, which takes place between January 24th and February 25th, registration is open until January 17th, and registrations are made at: https://www.surfsocialwave.org/surf-para-a-empregabilidade, where it is possible to consult, the schedule and also more additional information about what to expect from the program.



The program's success rate in 2021 was 90% on returning to the job market, with 60% of participants setting up their own project and the remaining 30% finding their dream job.

This is a no-cost program for participants with a high impact on the lives of those who attend and therefore an opportunity to change their lives.
