We are a non-profit, public utility and social association.

Our mission is to improve the employability of young people and adults who are unemployed or looking for their first job.

We believe in the transforming power of surfing in your professional, social and personal life.

We developed two programs focused on employability .

5 week progrm with Surf, Coaching, Lectures, Training and Mentoring,

oriented towards the development of the profile and professional path.

3 day jobcamp

for young people, with surfing, yoga and workshops,

focused on self-awareness and

in discovering the professional path.
