10th Edition of the Cascais Surf Program for Employability
The 10th Edition of the Cascais Surf Program for Employability ended on the 31st of July in Cascais. Thus ended a 5-week cycle of this process of personal and professional development, and marks the beginning of the mentoring and monitoring phase of projects. This is a Social Impact Program that promotes the acquisition of skills for employability and entrepreneurship of unemployed people.
For António Pedro, Lifedreamer of the Surf Social Wave Association, this was another successful edition.
"We acquire a series of knowledge throughout each Program and we will try to improve.
And somehow, I think we managed to do it in this Program.
And as a result of this, it is precisely the Pitch sessions, which were super consistent, interesting and dynamic. And here we have a series of projects with immense potential to be carried out."

The Cascais Surf Program for Employability will once again have registrations open on September 13, for the 11th edition that will take place in November and December.
This program has the fundamental support of Cascais City Council, Nova SBE, Randstad, Way Beyond, Power X by IC, Sushi at Home, the Portuguese Surf Federation, Billabong Portugal, CRQL – Lombos Praia , ASSW Surf Academy and Surfrider Foundation Lisboa and is co-financed by the European social fund through Portugal Inovação Social, Portugal 2020 and Lisboa 2020.
